The Progressive Wage Model – Assessment Only Pathway is an option for learners who have developed the relevant skills, experience and knowledge over the years but have never had the skills formally recognised. This approach allows us to assess their competencies, and upon successful assessment, they can achieve a Statement of Attainment (SOA) awarded by SkillsFuture Singapore. They do not have to undergo full training.
AOP is offered for Level 1 cleaning courses. Each assessment is usually 1 hour per learner.

For Individual Learner
You will reserve your seat for the course on the selected date. You will receive a Seat Confirmation email. To complete the registration process, payment has to be made for the applied course before commencement of the course.
Then before the course commencement, you will receive a Course Run Confirmation email.
For Company-sponsored Learner
Your HR will receive a Course Run Confirmation email. The learner will receive too if HR provides us with their email addresses. Payment is made after the end of the course.

Yes, we will hold your reservation for up to 3 days. If you do not confirm by then, our system will drop the reservation.

For individual learner
If you are a Singapore Citizens or Singaporean Permanent Citizens, there is no need to make any claims for funding. Funding is automatically computed according to the prevailing SkillsFuture criteria when we enrol you into the course.
You only need to pay the nett course fees, after SSG Funding. Payment is due before course run commencement. The learner can use their individual SkillsFuture Credit for payment.
For company-sponsored learner
If the learner is a Singapore Citizens or Singaporean Permanent Citizens, the employer does NOT need to claim for the SSG Funding. Funding is automatically computed according to the prevailing SkillsFuture criteria when we enrol the learner into the course.
The employer only need to pay the nett course fees, after SSG Funding. Payment is due after course run commencement + credit term. The learner cannot use their individual SkillsFuture Credit for payment.
We will liaise directly with SSG to get reimbursed for the funded portion of the course fees. From time to time, SSG may request for supporting documentation to process the funding claims and we may have to redirect the requests to you.
Companies who sponsor their employees for the course may apply for the Absentee Payroll via the Enterprise Jobs Skills Portal using their CorpPass Login. We will submit the enrolment, attendance and assessment details to SkillsFuture. Your company will then receive an email to submit AP Declaration with the necessary information. Please note AP is funded based on the actual number of training (not assessment) hours attended by the trainee. This AP process is not administered by us. For everyone
In order to be eligible for SSG funding, you are required to attend and pass the assessment. The learner must be a Singapore Citizen, PR, or LTVP+ holder. The learner will only receive SSG funding on a module once.
Foreigners will not receive any funding.
At the moment, our courses do not support other forms of funding eg UTAP.
SSG reserves the right to check on the above criteria and request for documentations, in order to process the reimbursement of the funding to us. We will then redirect these requests to you. You agree to provide the documentations. We reserves the right to demand payment of the funding if SSG deems you did not meet the funding criteria.
SFC can be used on top of existing subsidies. Our courses are SFC-approved.
a) You have 60 days before your course start date to submit your claim in MySkillsFuture Portal (course start date inclusive).
b) Inform us that you will use your SFC either in part or in full for the qualifying course fee nett after subsidies.
c) We will provide an invoice indicating the SFC to be utilised.
d) You will upload the invoice before submitting the claim.

Invoices are issued upon seat enrolment. Payment is required before course run commencement. We accept bank transfer, cheque and PayNow. Claims to utilise SkillsFuture Credit must be submitted to us before course run commencement.
Invoices are issued after course ends. We accept bank transfer, cheque and PayNow. SFEC cannot be used for payment.
Payment is due by the due date, for successful funding disbursement by SSG to us.
In line with Singapore’s target to be cheque-free by 2025, we do not encourage cheque payments.
Payment is required before course run commencement. Invoice will be sent upon your registration and seat confirmation.
Government funding is provided by SkillsFuture Singapore and the employer must fulfil the conditions in order for funding to be approved. In the event that the payment is later than the due date, the participant did not fulfil the conditions, resulting in funding cannot be approved and Adepco Consultants not receiving the funding, the company undertakes to pay the full course fee to Adepco Consultants.

SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) has made it mandatory to use e-attendance via Singpass as the default mode of attendance-taking for all training classes for Citizens, PRs and LTVP holders. Learners must have their Singpass account and password, and their mobile phones with the Singpass App setup for attendance-taking.
We remind our learners and corporate clients of the above importance, in order to obtain government funding for the course fees. We reserves the right to turn learners away if they do not have Singpass and charge full course fee.
As per SSG CIRCULAR/RPD/2023/2, from 1 Jan 2024, SSG will no longer require a minimum 75% attendance for course fee funding and absentee payroll funding for company-sponsored learner. However, please note absentee payroll continues to be funded based on actual attended hours, which are based on the Singpass e-attendance. The removal of the 75% attendance requirement applies to all SSG-funded courses which are the courses offered by us.
Passing of assessments and co-payment of course fees are still required to ensure learning outcomes and commitment from individuals and employers.

Yes, you can login and click on the Attendance tab to download your staff attendance. It will be based on Singpass e-attendance records or marked by our trainer if the trainee is a foreigner and does not have Singpass.
In addition, for corporates, we will scan the hardcopy attendance records for your accounting purpose. You may contact us.
For Assessment-only Pathway (AOP) and Level 1 courses, it will be conducted by oral questioning and role play. It is usually one hour per learner.
Level 2 and 3 training courses will be conducted by case study (written test), role play and/or oral questioning.
Yes. As part of the requirement for SkillsFuture Singapore, learners are required to pass the assessments in order to be eligible for funding.
Upon successful assessment, the learner or employer can request for us to issue Letter of Attainment (like a certificate) that show the course that's successfully completed and they can produce it to the relevant authorities.
You will also have Singapore Workforce Skills Qualification (WSQ) OpenCerts certificates awarded by SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG). It now takes 1-2 days for OpenCerts certificates to be generated after assessment results are uploaded.
You can download your OpenCerts certificates after 2 days from SkillsFuture portal.
Company HR can request us to issue Letter of Attainment (LOA) on an expedited basis, for their submission to government agencies and authorities. We can issue the LOA after successful assessments.
Subsequently, after payment is made and the Statement of Attainment (SOA) are generated by SkillsFuture, we can send them to HR, upon request.

If your assessment is deemed Not Yet Competent (NYC), you or your corporate person-in-charge can submit an appeal by emailing us here or contacting our office, stating your request and reasons within 3 calendar days from the assessment date.
Your appeal request should contain the following information:
We will consider the circumstances and may reschedule a re-assessment within 7 calendar days from the course end date. This retake will not be charged, however we reserve the right to charge $100 + GST for subsequent retakes.
Only one appeal per examination / assignment / assessment can be lodged. Notification on the outcome of the appeal will be within 2 weeks from the date of appeal. Our decision will be final. Re-appeals are NOT permitted.
No refund will be made regardless of the final assessment outcome. Full payment is still required.
We reserve the right to cancel or postpone any course run due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event that a course run is cancelled or rescheduled, you will be notified via email 3 working days before the course commences.
If fees have been paid for a cancelled course, we will refund the fee received, within 30 days of cancellation. The refund will be issued back to the initial payment method.
In the event that the course run is postponed, the payment will be applied on the rescheduled run date.
No-show refers to the learner did not turn up for the entire course duration.
Absence refers to the learner attending and not completing the course.

We will cancel your registration and SkillsFuture Credit claim if any. If your SkillsFuture Credit claim has been processed by SkillsFuture, we will make the refund to SkillsFuture.
Absence
There’s no refund of fees paid if the learner is absent for partial of the course. If a valid reason (e.g. compassionate) or relevant proof of document(s) is provided, we will review the request for full refund of your payment and void your registration with SSG and cancel your SkillsFuture Credit claim if any, on a case-by-case basis. We will approve and process your request within 30 days of request. The refund will be issued back to the initial payment method. We are not responsible for the refund request of your SkillsFuture Credit claim with SSG.
In addition, we reserve the right to apply an administrative charge of S$100.00 + prevailing GST for each no-show/ absence per learner.

We reserve the right to levy a charge against the paid course fees on the learner/company who wish to withdraw from the course:
