Who Should Attend
This is a level 3 course for multi-skilled workers, team leaders, supervisors, operation executives or operation managers with experience in the Environmental Services industry. such as facilities management, cleaning, waste management, airport management and food establishments. It is applicable to PWM Job Level - Supervisor and mandatory for cleaning license applicants.
Course Duration
1 day consisting of 7.5 hours of training and 1 hour of assessment

Successful learner will receive a WSQ Statement of Attainment for Effectiveness Management - Demonstrate & Apply Understanding of Cleaning Methods & Processes -Level 3 course with Skill Code EVS-PDV-3002-1.1.

Pre-requisites
- Have interest or are already working in industries related to environmental services, such as facilities management, landscaping, construction, engineering or security.
- Be new entrants to the industry or existing operators who have not taken this course before.
- Have undergone job orientation to learn about work roles, responsibilities, limitations, workplace safety and health practices.
- Be able to read, listen and speak English to a proficiency level equivalent to Employability Skills System (ESS) Literacy Level 3.
- Possess numeracy skills to a proficiency level equivalent to Employability Skills System (ESS) Numeracy Level 3.
- Courseware is provided. Please bring along pen.

Funding Information
- Up to 70% Course Fee Funding by SSG for Singaporeans and PRs only and this is applied by us upon enrolment.
- For company-sponsored trainees, the trainee must have a employer-employee relationship & CPF contribution.
- Trainees are funded only once for each module and only upon successful completion of the module.
- You pay us the Nett Course Fee after funding, by the due date.
- If these conditions are not met, or for any reason SSG rejects or reduces the training grant, the individual trainee or sponsoring company of the trainee will have to reimburse the shortfall to us.
- For Training courses, employers can submit claims for Absentee Payroll, at $4.50 per hour, capped at $100,000 per enterprise (UEN) per calendar year. Funding is eligible for Singaporeans, Permanent Residents of Singapore and Long Term Visit Pass Plus (LTVP+) holders only.
- Please note there is no Absentee Payroll for Assessment-Only Pathway (AOP) because there is no training conducted.
- This course - Customer Management - Supervise Service Operations-Level 3 is approved for SSG funding and Absentee Payroll.
Payment Information
- Individuals must make payment by cash, or utilise their SkillsFuture Credit, before the commencement of the course.
- Corporate clients has 30-day credit term to make payment. Cheque payment to be made to Adepco Consultants Pte Ltd. The individuals who are sponsored by their company will not be allowed to use their SkillsFuture Credit for payment of course fees.
Enrolment Information
- Upon registration, a confirmation of enrolment will be sent.
- LOA can be issued by us upon successful completion of course.
- SOA will be issued by SSG to the learner. We will send the SOA upon receipt of full payment of course fee.
